Terms of Use
These Terms explain the basic conditions for using the Exner Rorschach Comprehensive System (CS) Structural Summary calculator and AI assistance at exner.app, operated by 모오 (MOW). Calculation and reference search are available without registration.
Accounts and AI features
Sign in with Google to use the coding and interpretation assistants and to keep conversations in your account. Protect access to your account and enter only data you are authorized to process. Your acceptance of these Terms is separate from the notices and lawful grounds required for examinee data.
Service scope and professional review
The service assists with Rorschach Structural Summary calculation, learning and review. It does not replace test administration, formal diagnosis, treatment decisions, or legal or administrative judgments. AI answers may contain errors or omissions, and their accuracy or suitability for a particular case is not guaranteed. You must check inputs, calculation results and AI suggestions against actual responses, testing conditions, cultural context, clinical observations and reliable sources, and decide how to use them with the qualifications and professional judgment required. Do not make decisions affecting a client based solely on unreviewed answers. AI does not automatically change your scoring entries.
Submitted data and your obligations
You must comply with the privacy laws, confidentiality duties and institutional rules applicable to your and your institution’s work and data processing. Before submitting another person’s data, verify your authority to process it and the lawful basis for sending it to the service and external AI providers, and complete any legally required notices, consents, processing agreements and international-transfer procedures. Your registration or acceptance of these Terms does not replace the client’s or examinee’s consent or another lawful basis for processing. Submit only the minimum data needed and remove unnecessary names, contact details and identification numbers. Removing a name does not make data anonymous if a person can still be identified from a combination of details. Do not submit data for which you lack the necessary authority or lawful basis.
Trial and subscriptions
The coding assistant's free trial is provided once per Google sign-in identity. If you delete your account and sign up again with the same sign-in identity, your remaining trial allowance carries over; it is not issued again. The trial needs no card and does not convert to a paid subscription automatically. Monthly and annual subscriptions offer both AI workflows; allowances renew monthly without rollover. Check the subscription screen for prices, allowances and renewal rules.
Payment and renewal
Payments are processed through the official checkout of Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Its buyer terms and applicable law also govern the transaction. Review currency, tax, total price, billing period and automatic renewal before payment. Our service does not directly collect or store card details.
Changing billing periods
Monthly–annual changes use prorated billing. Review the charge, credit and next payment before confirming a change. The monthly allowance date remains unchanged and a plan change does not grant a duplicate allowance. Account credit and cash refunds are different.
Cancellation and account deletion
Cancelling a subscription stops the next automatic renewal. If you keep your account, you can use the service until the paid period ends. Expiry or an exhausted allowance does not prevent viewing, exporting or deleting your conversations. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and does not require waiting for the subscription to expire. Deleting an account does not itself issue a refund. Once deletion is complete, the remaining paid access period and usage allowance cannot be restored, even if you sign up again.
Withdrawal and refunds
Except where required by applicable law or provided by the terms disclosed at purchase, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, non-use or early cancellation. Send statutory withdrawal or refund requests and billing-error inquiries to hello@exner.app or use the support link in your receipt. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and refund policy also apply. Starting to use the service or deleting your account does not itself waive statutory rights, and credits do not forcibly replace cash-refund rights. This revision does not retroactively reduce rights guaranteed when an earlier payment was made.
AI answers and usage
AI allowance is deducted according to the usage required to process your question and answer. If you stop after receiving part of an answer, usage processed up to that point is deducted. Requests that fail because of a server or AI provider error do not reduce your allowance. Do not use interrupted or uncertain output as a completed interpretation. Report inappropriate answers in the app.
Prohibited use and operation
Unauthorized account or data access, bypassing security controls and disrupting the service are prohibited. Outages or security incidents may limit online features. These Terms do not exclude statutory user rights or provider responsibilities.
Allocation of responsibility
You are responsible under applicable law for harm attributable to your own conduct, including unauthorized submission or sharing of data, violations of law or these Terms, and use of results without the required review. To the extent permitted by law, MOW is not liable for harm caused by your independent decisions or actions for which MOW bears no responsibility. Offering the service in multiple languages is not authorization or certification for every professional use or for processing sensitive data in every country. This clause does not exclude or transfer to you MOW’s responsibility for its own faults, statutory privacy and security duties, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not restrict third-party rights or statutory remedies.
